The 3 in 1 Soft Plyometric Box is perfect functional fitness tool to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts develop explosive power, speed and strength. This Plyo Box offers three different heights, 50cm, 60cm and 75cm simply by changing the position of the jumping box.
This Plyo Box is made from a soft, high-density impact absorbing foam and covered in durable, non-skid vinyl for significant wear and tear resistance. The soft surfaces ensure there is a decrease in stress and impact on the foot, ankle knee and hip joints when landing.
Our Foam Plyometric Box is a heavier duty version, so makes it ideal for use both at home or at commercial gyms, fitness studios and cross-fit gyms. The foam used is denser and so resists compacting down through heavy usage.
