This multi-functional Power Tower offers unlimited exercise possibilities like knee raises, multi-grip pull-ups, dips, push-ups and other strength training exercises. This Power Tower is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and sitting on H form base, which is super sturdy. With a maximum load capacity of 150kg on Pull Up Bar and 200kg on Dip Handles guaranteed for long term use. The elongated steel forms and total of 4 reinforced support points with 4 circular large area non-slip foot covers, which increase the contact area, increase friction and provide double stability.

Ergonomically designed with thick pads for hand and comfortable padding for elbow protection. The padded backrest prevents the body from swinging over and effectively reduce the pressure on the spine. Not only stable, but also comfortable.

    Well built powertower. Adjustable hight Easy assembly. Order was shipped in two days. Perfect!!!

    For the price it’s excellent. It’s easy enough to put together, though there are a few issues with which screw they’re asking you to use (so spread them out on the ground, together, and in order or you’re scuppered!). The hooks for the bands are a nice touch, though it’s not going to stay in place when you pull on the bands (it’s too lightweight for that). Otherwise, it’s good and sturdy. I don’t think you can go wrong at all with this, knowing that it’s not the heaviest thing on the planet.

    I received this 2 days after I placed my order. I assembled it on my own in about 90 minutes, that’s from unboxing to fully made. It’s sturdy but I have 2 10kg dumbbells on the bottom bar for when I pull resistance bands towards me, just for a little extra stability. I’ve only had it a week, I bought because I want to be able to do pull ups (I can’t yet). I’ve use it for hanging and core leg raises and I’m very pleased with it. Also I have a cable pulley that I’ve attached and it’s great for that. I think it’s going to be great to help me reach my goal I’ve doing pull ups. There’s good adjustment for the height and the bar is a good lenght for different arm movements. Overall its useful for different exercises, even with just having a couple of resistance band there’s a lot of options for different exercises. For the price it’s great value, if you want total stability then you need to spend more but its not wobblely or lightweight either. For me it’s money well spent.
