This is a nice set. The bar is good quality and the rubber covering on the plates makes them easy to use individually for plate work as well as on the bar. The only downside is the clips which are quite flimsy and tend to snap against your fingers when you remove them. Overall though, if you are doing Bodypump or other low weight, high rep workouts at home, this does the job nicely.

Great for beginners who need those barbell exercises during a private PT or a circuit class. No need for 7 ft of space neither so 10/10 for this.
