The Pendulum Squat Machine movement replicates the squat but removes the pressure from the lower back and knees. The angled platform allows the user to perform a deeper squat as well as providing the option of different foot positions to target particular leg muscle groups.
Our Pendulum Squat Machine has an incredibly simple yet unbelievably effective design. This Pendulum Squat has a large range of motion, a large and comfortable back pad to secure body placement.
