Traps, Shrugs, Lunges, Dead lift Machine has ability to train the upper and lower body. In addition to a trap shrug, leg lunge and dead lift, this machine allows user to perform additional upper body lifts such as shoulder push presses, one arm lat rows, bent over rows, floor chest presses, triceps dips and full rotational presses. For the lower body, Bulgarian split lunges, stiff legged dead lifts and split squats. This machine has dual gripping handles pop-pin adjustments for both height and angle.

Great additional piece of equipment, works a lot of different muscle groups .made really well .
Not sure of total maximum allowable weight .
But had 200 kgs of plates on board and no problems.
Would give this machine a 5 star and recommend to others .
